Finally got my Peake R5/FCX-3

The R5/FCX-3 is a Scan/Reset tool for all BMWs 2001-2007.
It reads the BMW factory engine fault codes, resets check-engine,
service engine soon, oil service and inspection warning lights!

I got tired of paying $130 + HST to the dealers just to find out there was a faulty reading with my seat-belt buckle!!

Unfortunately I got raped by FedEx and their brokerage fees + duties.

Any hoo .. it now sits in my tool box and they can't bend me over any more!

In order to recover some of my ridiculous FedEx charges, I will read all your codes for $10! That's right - send me a PM and I'll hook you up. Not interested to be a weekend mechanic and drive all over the City. I'll help you out as time permits - I live in South Mississauga and work downtown.

I had heard that too. When I called them though, I got the cold shoulder. Perhaps it was the location that I called.

their code reader did not work on my car. either buddy was a gimp, or the batteries are dead.
