hi,,i have made a big brake upgrade to my e30..Brembo 4 piston red calipers from mitsubishi EVO 9 mr and 325mm drilled brembo discs ,racing pads and aluminium race lines ,to put them i made custom bruckets, redrilled the disc to make them 4 lug,and 1cm hubcentric spacers with racing sparco bolts,,the brake now is total different than stock brakes ,total cost 500 euro because the person who put them on is my friend..and a small writeup of what we did :

first job was to make custom made brackets,,the most difficult work(i dont
know exactly the mm of the brucket),,then WE cut the original aluminium platE
behind the original brakes to put the biggers discs,,then the discs get redrilled
to make them 4 lug,,then another problem came up and was that the biggers
calipers hit the rims,,to fix that i use 10mm aluminium hubcentric spacer with racing sparco
bolts...the rims centerbore was smaller than the hubcentric spacer so i redrilled the rims to
make them with bigger centerbore .then..the disc hit the bolts that hold the entire system
(i dont know the translaton lol)so i put different bolts which are smaller 1 mm.and after of
all those problems the brake oil pump didnt work well because of those huge calipers so i
put 325i new one from the dealer,,as you can see a lot of work and problems came
up,,itsdifficulty job and i was getting very down when problems came up one by one,,but
the final result is perfect now
thanks god(sorry about my english)

I would expect them to, do you track the car? whats the feel like? if you track it, how easy is it to lock the tyres?
