It is going to be waaayyyy cheaper to buy something and bolt together than getting something custom (unless you DIY). There is a set of Momo sidemounts on kijiji for 60$, start there maybe?

Are the dimensional requirements such that you can't use angle iron and drill some holes in it?

I am just having trouble paying 225 or more for the VAC billet aluminum. It starts out life as a 20 dollar piece of aluminum.

Well you need a number of things to make this work in a daily driver.
Sliding rails, min 100 each, side brackets, something to bolt your seat belt to. Then if you decide to use an anti-sub it is easier to bolt the bracket to the VAC like mounts.

Are they going to have the same adjustability or just enough to mount it the way you want? And does it include the side mounts?

If I did them they would be the same as these

No does not include side mounts.
I may opt to save money by not tapping all of the holes, you could tap just the ones you are going to use.
