Spoiler was pulled off a parts car so needs to be sanded down; IS lip is brand-new, primered.

I have an electric air spray gun at my disposal I can borrow off somebody; it's a nice unit, but PaintScratch.com's 2 oz bottles are way more expensive per ounce than the rattle cans they sell.

I'm assuming I need rubberized paint so it doesn't crack when flexed.

Rubberized rattle cans the way to go?

doesn't have to be; but the nature of where the spoiler is positioned will make it highly susceptible to chipping. You'll reduce the amount of chip but not entirely. I've used spray can and every so often just touched it up. Even body shops would guarantee that.
Rubberized will give a slightly textured appearance

Cool. Rattle cans it is.
