its noticable, but I never had the car dynoed prior to the chip installment. So it's hard to know what impact it had on the car in terms of numbers.

the car is still for sale, but currently looking at possible trade-ins through various dealerships.

not really, depends on what the market is willing to offer (buy).
Factor in the seller's time and how many buyer with cash in hand show up to offer reasonable price, sometimes it is better to trade it in even if you think it is a rip off.
