E30 Parts

So I’m in the middle of swapping out my 1991 318is and have some parts up for sale:

-M42 engine with 210,000 km (strong runner) ------ $250
-4.10 LSD ----$175
-5 speed tranny (shifts great in every gear)----$150
-2 drive axles----$50
-MAF sensor with K&N filter----$60

How so? Maybe he is just doing a simple E36 engine swap, how is that ruining a car? It isn't any worse than you painting your intake ports/valves on your clown coloured M20.
