Kind of time consuming, but if you know where all the bolts are, its not too bad. Takes a few trys to line of the panel well in the closed position.

Pretty much, just open the lid back a tad, pull/unclip the interior liner, put the roof back to closed and slide the liner inside the car. Vent the roof and look up, theres 3 torx bolts on each side.

^ undo those, providing the hold downs aren't rotted, but either way makes it easier to remove..lol put back in reverse order.

Hey do you guys still have your old ones? Were they in terrible shape? I'm looking to make a mold of one so I can make a fiberglass / carbon copy of it, so if your just gonna throw the old one away, if its not a complete loss, and I don't mind doin the body work, also its a one time use kinda thing so it don't need to last long, shoot me a pm please :)

You going to make a functional composite sunroof? I was going to do this a few years ago, but lost interest with the work involved. If you want just a skin, I can point you in the right direction where to get one :)

Yah my plan is to start small, I'm gonna do a hood, trunk and sunroof, ( the redneck way) so the mold is cheap, I still want the sunroof to function, is there a reason why the skin couldn't do that? How much does it go for? I do a lot of composites at school so I got a pretty good knoledge of the work, but time is money lol
