FS: BMW OEM MTECH Kit for e46 Sedan + Rims

Sold my car and have no need for this kit anymore. Asking $800 for the kit. I'm pretty sure everything is there (there are a lot of pieces). Refer to pics in the link below as I took pics of every piece and the part #'s over the weekend.

Also have a set of rims for sale. 18" Chrome Beyern rims. Staggered setup. One of the front tires I think has a nail in it. Might need to be replaced, but the rim itself is fine. Selling as is for $900 OBO. Will sell the kit + rims for $1500.
