Then we use the polygonal lasso tool and select the front ribbons, the sidemarkers, and the rear. To select more than one...hold shift and click on where you want to start your next point...then let go, and do the same for the rear.

next, we go to the menu at the top iamge>adjust>chanell mixer

now we want to check off monochrome at the bottom and click ok....sometimes the clears do not come out right because of the lighting..so you can go to image>adjust>levels...fiddle around with those options...and you have your clears!
