View Full Version : RMP not answering their phone for the past 2 days?

Anyone know what's going on with RMP? They were there Monday, but haven't been answering their phone yesterday or today. Hope they're still in business...

UPDATE: It was uncharacteristic of them to not answer the phone the whole day. In fact, I don't ever remember getting voice mail before - someone always picks up when I call. One time I called I even got a message that said the customer was no longer available (or something like that). Anyways, I got through to them. They said yesterday was crazy busy. I couldn't find their hours anywhere and wanted to make sure they would be around to have my car towed to them.

They must be extremely busy. Lauren called me up to confirm an appointment for this Friday... so. I'd surmise that they are, in fact, still in business.

What a strange thing to suggest. They could be too busy, or have a family emergency etc. Or maybe Bell screwed up the lines... I'm sure Rocco is busy enough to stay in business. And doing a good job doesn't hurt either.

I bet you didnt leave a message.....if you did Lauren will call back eventually,
if you just have a question and not a pressing issue..., write to Rocco, he always reply back...thats my experience todate...
