Hi guys (girls too?)

I'm new to the forum and a new to BMW repair. I had been taking my e46 to a local guy but have since sold that car.

My new DD is a fu*ked up e36 328i and she needs help!

So MY question is where to buy parts in Canada?

I know of Autopartsway but they don't have all the parts I need.

Is there anywhere else that is as fast?

thanks!

Talk to Mike @ Maranello BMW
They are a sponsor on this forum (under the name maranellobmw) and offer great deals for members on OEM parts

bimmerspecialist.ca also has a few things that autopartsway might not.

What type of parts are you looking for?
Certain things can be found used (check with sponsors for used parts).

If you don't mind waiting for shipping or if you ever travel to the US, try rmeuropean.com. They have free US shipping, i usually get my parts shipped to my hotel when i'm there.

that's all changing because they increased their pricing. I spoke with Mike and told me he has to update everything that he's posted on Max.

LOL yes I in the US all the time since I'm only about 25km from port huron, I've got a PO box there as well! thanx for the tips! *rockout*

Oh and I'm looking for the lower joint assembly on the steering column so I'd rather go new.

In canada, autopartway.ca, bimmerspecialist.ca are usually the cheapest.

The USA is a whole other ballgame. Frankly, i find ebay to be the cheapest most of the time on bigger ticket stuff.

I've been using FCP Groton ( http://www.fcpgroton.com/ ) for a few years and they're great.
