Does anyone know where on a E30 U can adjust ur hand brake. so it becomes more effective cause i have to pull it all the way up to make it effective...

mmm, same here, can we get some help pleasE? Mine is almost not effective at all!

Mine is too effective...I pull it up 3 clicks (like, 1 inch) and it's done...I think it's unbalanced between the 2 wheels though...when stopping using the handbrake (usually habit of mine as i'm reversing down the driveway, and pause to hit the garage door button), I feel the car's left rear side lift up and settle back as I come to a stop. I doesn't do that when I use the proper brakes though...

You can adjust the handbrake. Just take off the boot on the handbrake. You'll see two 10 mm nuts (attached to 2 cables). Use a wrench and just turn and adjust either tighter,or looser.

it actually takes longer than that.... u have to work in a Pinched area... like really small

Nop, mine is totally different from the e30..... when i remove the center console, all i see is the handbrake lever, and two bolts on each side, which are next to impossible to turn.....:confused:
