Trouble with the m44

i have a problem with my 98 318 ti which has a M44 with 338 000km on it now the problem is the car STUDDER's only under load, (meaning if im in neutreal and i rev everything works fine) so only when driving, so i know the spark plug, ignition coil, fuel injectors, cam shaft positioning sensours, ETC are all fine so i don't know whats wrong with my car im guessing its something to do with the air pump/egr system but i donno and the car is 5spd so its not the tranny! and the flux capasitor is fine

Check for vacum leaks, check if the rubber booths going to the MAF is not ripped, or any other rubber hoses coming from the manifold.

Most likely something in your driveline is weak? Probably a "flex disc" also known as a "guibo."
