Along with Vorshlag, these are hands-down the best camber/caster plates for the E36. Comes with 60mm perches but should work with other spring sizes if you switch them up (cheap and easy).

These are brand new, with 0km driven on them - I'm just considering backing off the aggressive mod bug a bit and sticking with stock bearings / hats for now. what does this thing really do?

It allows you to adjust camber and caster for a more agressive race alignment

or if your car is slammed with negative camber eating your tires, this can correct that.

Toe does

e36 m3 could use some help with camber (to help with understeer) . these with a bigger front bar(yes i said front) are good mods for any e36 m3. Yields more neutral handling
