Hey guys,
Its been awhile since I made a post regarding my car... mostly just been lurking, envying and browsing/buying random parts from here. I did a few changes to my shxtbox and decided to throw up a couple pics - sorry for the poor quality and lack of scenary ;)
Ive yet to get it all cleaned up for a real 'shoot' since just got it running again last week after installing a new DME, engine harness and starter.

Last weekend I installed a mint 3spoke wheel that I picked up for dirtcheap.. I also fitted some non-saggy Apillar covers that you can't really see.

and after much contemplation for a year, I painted my wheels gold  I had planned to do the centercaps but ran out of paint. I still like the look without them, so im in no rush.

I should be getting an Mtech rear as well here soon if all goes to plan. *th-up*
With that, I have a replacement steering rack to throw in it hopefully next week and at the same time have my oilpan welded.

Comments encouraged! *wave*

Dont' be surprised if your wheel goes missing.....I'm taking it!

What I really want is an old M-tech wheel like that. First, I need to do other things.

Car looks good by the way.

I love the older 3spokes as well - they just happen to be much more suiting to my plain ol' Ti dash. I found it on Kijiji in the GTA section listed for $20... convinced buddy to ship it for $50 all in so Id say I got a pretty good deal!

Nice ride. Tell us more about the motor. I have the swap manual sitting in my desk, I wanna do this soon.

///Mmm, to be honest, with the style5's on it grips like crazy - probably from all my rear camber. It stays planted well!

With the 15" stocker steelies though I had spun out once unexpectidly when trying to go a little too hard - ended up on some ladies front lawn one day after a hard corner ;) LOL put it back in gear and drove away laughing!

73Tii, what would you like to know? its a very straightforward swap. Its a 1997 M52 2.8. It bolted right up to my stock locations and Im still using my stock getrag tranny, which has a HD sachs m3 clutch and 13lbs fidanza flywheel. I also uprated my differential to a Mcoupe 3.23 LSD and some E30 halfshafts to put the power down as well as a 32x front brake conversion.
As for the motor, I deleted the A/C and did the FDM mod. The exhaust is stock M52 headers with a 95m3 midsection that is Ypiped into my single piped 4cyl Stromung.
