Year Round Driving in a Z4?

Anyone do it? Is it advisable? Im toying with the idea since the lease on my CTS is almost up.

Obviously I would be buying a set of winter wheels w/ snow tires.

What you guys think?

A friend does it. She works at Parkview BMW. Got stuck in the bad storms but fine 95% of the time.
