If you want to participate in any of their events, you will need to buy the membership.

The Trillium club is defintely a worthwhile investment, if you like tracking your car and want to go to any of the driving schools at MoSport - you need to be a member first. The driving schools are awesome way to spend at the day at the track, see lots of fast cars, and meet other bimmerheads.

Besides the driving schools (there are usually a least 4 per year), it is an excellent networking oppurtunity and a great social club. There are monthly meets, dinners, cruises etc.

Speaking of which..... time to go renew my membership :)

The fun social events and discounts on OEM parts at the dealer is more than enough to jump at the chance, let alone autocross, winter go-karting etc.

I use my BMW membership when I buy parts at the dealer in the US or even in Germany I got a discount, sometimes 15%.

You also get a discount on OEM parts from the dealer in Canada. (Just tell them you want your BMWCCA discount. Best thing to do is to just have them mark it on your account, and then you'll get it every time. Shopping at BMW toronto + bmwcca discount ends up being 15-20% cheaper than getting parts at any other dealer)
