Hey guys/girls

I just have a question about ccfl angel eyes for my e46. I was thinking of ordering some but im not sure if I should. My only concern really is if its even that visible with HID on? There are kits for projectors (thats what i have) but would the brightness of the xenons overcome the light from the rings?

Well I know they were visible on my e36 when I had them, most e46's I see are the same. I'm sure some people will chip in soon.

Just be careful. CCFL's dont light up properly in cold temperatures :(

my shitty ccfl stopped working this past winters, i guess that what happens when you go to barrie for the winter and leave your car outside in -30. I am getting led this time, no cold starting problems

I ran my CCFLs all last winter and the car stays outside @ night.... No issues. Just remember to use the included shrink wrap tubing to wrap the connections good. The outputs don't like getting wet. Make sure you also buy one that's completely molded to ensure no internal leakage which will fry the inverter..... These are the set I have on my car..
