Your asking price is way too much and your oil changes not done in time...12K is too much on any oil! Should have been changed at 8K if most highway and 5K if city! Take valve cover off and you will see what 12K oil changes does to your engine!

Price is negotiable.
I use synthetic oil Syntec 0W30 for oil changes, and Mann filter. I just replaced valve cover gasket a month ago and the engine looks very clean. Acutally the oil change interval is 24,000km for this car. I just change every 6 months or 12k whichever comes first.

PM for price negotiations but for reference, I paid $17k for my 2002 Touring with 70k kms and a lot more options over a year ago before the used car market collapsed.

I probably couldn't sell it for $15k now.

He did say it's negotiable but OP, please remove the low-ballers part. You should entertain all offers since this car isn't priced to sell. I paid $20,000 all incl. for my '05 which had 64,xxxkm with Exec Pkg that I bought in March.

Nothing wrong with doing oil changes at 12,000km. Look up E46fanatics and plenty of people are doing theirs at 8000miles.

I want to edit that post about low-ballers but couldn't...
