e30: ellipsoid conversion.

I plugged in the lights and this was my outcome:

with the lows on I wired them up until I got lows. then went to the highs but when I got the highs to work the lows were out. so now they switch back and forth like cops lights do when they are in a emergency..kinda kewl but wondered is this it? all 4 come on when I put the highs on when I tried my other cars ellipsoids. the 2nd car has them factory..

Any suggestions please?

I forgot which ones exactly but you have to jump the terminals between the high/low beam relays in the fuse box for the lows to stay on with the highs.

How to do? Bridge them using what? wire?
