How does it sound in comparison to the stock 330i exhaust?

thanz man.....i just got it installed today at Car Wings Auto on Green Lane.....Koiston said he had to bend the pipes a bit for it to fit......did that happen with yours?? and my pipes look like they stick out a little too much.....
The tune is nice but a bit quiet rite now, probably because it's new.......how's yours after you've broken into it?? sounds like it has a lot more bass too......and a bit of rumblin
here's another pic.........ew dirty car :P

Lookin good man, u gotta show up at more of our meets! :D

I didn't have to bend any pipes to make mine fit. I don't understand why he had to on yours:huh?:
Also It all depends on how much he cut the pipe to make it stick out. He should of asked you how much you wanted it to stick out, and then made the proper cuts.
My exhaust isn't too loud, but it's perfect how I like it. Almost exactly how it was when it was new, then again i drove the car about 2 times when i had it installed:D

I actually filmed my car being revved, and the sound quality came out as if it sounded stock..you couldn't hear any deep sound from the exhaust.:(

Hey, nice exhaust, Michael.
I really have to hear it in person.. How's the performance gain?

Bliss, I think the model of your camera is known for not getting a deep enough bass pick up on your microphone. I noticied that my friends very old Hi-8mm camcorder picked up deep bass really well. Mine doesn't pick it up as well but it's still pretty good.
One suggestion would be to get an addition cyclinder shaped microphone for your camera. I THINK it may make a difference

I'm assuming its a full catback system, feel any extra horses?..you are correct that it looks like the tips is hanging about 1.5 inches to out,but you do not have to worry about exhaust burns on your bumper.....great looking car......
P.S watch out for parking blocks when backing in,those are true exhaust killers.

yes the AA exhaust is "suppose" to be a cataylist back exhuast, but i've noticed that it doesn't go all the way there. You know how there is a good amount of piping after the cataylist before it goes into the muffler. Well the AA's pipes goes only halfway to the cataylist so i guess it's like a "half" catback exhaust??
Anyways I didn't try out it's top end yet, so i dunno about it's power gains, but I reckon that it can only be felt by a dynometer. But it does sound good though, isn't that all that matters? :D
and yea, thanks daytona, i'll try to watch out more often!
