Check your intake bello. the fat rubber boot connected to your throttle body for cracks, for openings. If there is an air leak it will cause your idle to surge. Start there...

the hose is ok, forgot to mention this problem happens while driving, at idle i have no problem.
Sounds like fuel or electric. Check HT leads, coil and distributor. Check fuel pressure, and then filter, pressure regulators and pump.

If i ever get hesitation while driving, AFM or O2 sensor are first on my mind.
Does it happen right away? or only after the car warms up?

I would check the crank sensor, I had a engine leak enough oil all over it that it wouldn't read right, I cleaned it off and my issue was gone. I'm sure you checked plugs and wires?

plugs and wires are new, i'm goin to clean the crank sensor.

Check for intake leaks, check the ICV and check the afm.
