maXbimmer would like to invite everyone out to Bimmercruise 2009. The event will be held at our largest location this year.. a place where drifting, lapping, drag racing, dyno runs and other activites can be safely conducted. The cruise will take place BEFORE the event this year, meeting location 1295 N.Service Rd, Burlington (NW corner Brandt & QEW). Maps will be handed out and another leisurely cruise through Niagara's finest landscape will culminate at Toronto Motorsports Park, Cayuga.

Since we scored such a large venue this year, we've opened the show up to many more Euro-only classes. For all intents and purposes, we've come up with a new name to attract other enthusiasts to the festival we've all grown to love.

Before maXmembers wonder if we've become disloyal, i'd like to remind everyone that Bimmercruise will still remain it's own entity. We will keep the same 30+ trophy classes, have our dedicated judges and our own show-car parking area. For more details on the event, click the banner above or follow the redirect on www.bimmercruise.com

If your just going to spectate then I think its $20/person. As for your second question its about 60km from Burlington to downtown Toronto.

of course, this is a show first, the track stuff is just a little extra for the others, no one said that all cars going must go on the track.

it's free for spectators, I don't know why pawcio thought it was $20 when no one else in the thread mentioned how much it was, the cost is for people entering their car for the show & shine, and for the other extra goodies like time attack, drift, drag and dyno.

On the site it's stating 20 for Park admission and 40 for Car show entry.

No worries... what Benzo are you bringing out? if it's something along the lines of a Cl63 or an sl63, I may be inclined to make the trip down and pay the fee.

^ not necessarily "cheating", but you get a raffle stub for each admission ticket sold... so buying more admission tickets will technically increase your chances.

there are designated parking sections set up for spectators... furthermore, different sections are reserved for those entered into the track different events and the main area is going to be left for those entering their cars into the show & shine... :)

So if I bring 2 bimmers, one with a friend driving, and I only want to enter one in the show and shine, do I have to leave one in the spectators parking, or can all the Bimmers still park together?

We're not descriminating if you don't have a show car. Everyone is more than welcome to park their Euro cars in the (properly classed) show & shine section AS LONG AS you plan on spending the entire day there. I don't want any cars driving away from the show & shine mid-day. Too many people walking around and the lot looks like shit when it's spotty.

Sounds good. Last year, as you obviously know there were cars all over the streets and was a very small area, so this will be more like the Bimmercruises at Mosport and Applwood Plaza.*rockout* You'll have 2 e30's from me all day long! (only one show car though! - that is if "show cars" means clean 20 year old apine white e30, stock, 86,000kms)*love*
