Tranny and Diff oil

I'm just wondering what you guys use as a tranny and diff oil.

I hear redline MTL is great for tranny. Has anyone tried it?
I hear redline 75w 90 oil is also good for diff..

Any opinions?

i bought 3 bottles of royal purple for my car, took it to a very good bmw mechanic in my city, and he said he didnt want to change it for me cause he doesnt recommend ever changing the oil lol... i still have them in my trunk now....

I use redline stuff... 75w90 for the rear diff and ATL since that's what BMW wants you to use even in a manual car.
