Clean ride!
To bad the 3.0L V8 didn't come with forged components. I love the idea of building a low displacement high revving V8.

Did this car have a Nikasil block? Was it replaced?

ye all the 3L V8's have nikasil, i doubt it was replaced. I don't know whats all the talk about it being shit due to our low octane gas, i haven't had a single problem with it.

^ It was only an issue if you used low quality gas that has high sulfur content.

It's wasn't low octane levels that caused the problems - it was the high amount of sulfur which reacts with the nikasil cylinder liners that causes the engine failures.

If it's gone this far nikasil likely won't be an issue. leakdown / compression test it you are worried. This is a great candidate for an M60B40 swap. (540) Simple job, even the DME is the same and it's already a standard.

JINT

heh, of course, driver door has, rear doors don't have any rust. I found a door, from florida car, zero rust, 50$, it's like cherry red tho.
