i was looking into the adjustiblecoilovers from cosmo racing,the sprig rate on them is 8kg in the frt and 10 kg in the back,,,,,what i want to now is ,is that a stiff spring causei want to put som real deep dish rims on here and i dont want it to rub on the outside lip,,,,will these do the trick for me,,,,if not what do u guys reccomend for me

Take a look at this, higher the number stiffer the springs are.

does anybody know the apex spring rate for the e30's? i cant find it anywhere.

^^^ It's because it's that bad...:D I think its the same or a bittt stiffer than stock.

Don't run race rates on a street car. You're just posing if you do. Unless you know what you are doing and very carefully choose a rate for your driving style and roads.

A good street setup will see you right. Get coil overs by all means, but choose a sensible rate and just flare the guards.

so what r ur recommondations ,,,,do u guys think that the cosmos coilovers will do the trick,,,,,according to that list of spring rates they seem to be pretty stiff (the higher the pound the stiffer the rate is)
