I would have had those idiots realize that the customer is ALWAYS right. I dosen't matter if the customer is wrong. Especially when you are buyin' a luxo/sport car that is worth much more than the average car. Me personally I take my car to a small shop that works strictly on BMW's and MB's. Screw the over priced dealerships!!!

but of course if that was my car.. I'd have to kick his ass...
then make sure he gets fired... then tell everyone I know not to go there... Then sue them for something stupid...
