66l?? I thought it was a 60l tank?

With a stock 325i, I get approx. 600km to 56-58 litre fill up on regular. That's fairly mixed city/highway. At the track that drops to 350km to 45l tank. I can't let it go lower than that, then I have fuel pick up problems around the turns.

:( My car is messed... if I have 10~15 liters gone from a full tank I get pickup problems already on track... every second session I have to fill back up to full:huh?: So I bought a new tank, new pump, etc etc... just too lazy to put it in haha.

Best my car has ever gotten was 580kms on a tank, of *fairly hard* highway *angel*

That bites. Any word on your next track day? Which ones do you usually attend?

I still haven't looked at my fuel filter yet..........life's getting in the way. Will soon though.

Not really sure at this point, the suspension sucks in my car, I wouldn't even dare take that on track as it is. I was thinking to maybe do the AutoX on the 24th.

And as for track(if I have suspension by then), I may try to see if I can sneak in again on the Friday for the upcoming school in June, as I did last year :D

You want to see sucky suspension? You saw my car at the autocross! It leans like a boat, won't stop me though! :D:D:D

8.5l/100km open road 10.5l/100km town pre-supercharger

11l/100km open road, 16l/100km post supercharger, but it is running rich and is going for a dyno tune on Monday so hopefully should improve significantly.

My best tank has been 6.6 L/100 KM and my average is 8.8. Here are some stats:

Right now im averaging about 10L/100km.

This is driving from ajax to downtown in 9-5 rush hour traffic.
I usually fill up once i hit 500km, with a few litres left before the reserve light comes on.

To put this in perspective, my 2008 323i with twenty years of advancements is getting 9.9L/100km mixed use. Which sucks.

Its funny. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this but I've had two different e36 328's over the years and the fuel mileage is just staggering to me. Both cars a '96 4 door and a '98 2 door got the same average. 700-800 litres per fill up of mixed driving on about 56-58 litres of premium. Once hwy only I got 906 km to just 59 litres. That averages about 7.9 litres/100km. I think that is astonishing considering these cars clear the 1/4 mile in 14.8 and have 190 hp + 206 ft/lbs torque yet return better mileage than a 4cyl Accord. Just my two cents. Best daily drivers I ever had. I wouldn't trade my e30 for them at the track though.

Well I ended up getting 500 km to the tank. I think its alright. My obc was showing 28km left and the car didn't feel like it was starving for fuel but I dont know how accurate the obc is on these things lol and my gas light when on at about 475km so those are my results. Thanks for all the responses guys its interesting to see what some of you get per tank.
