528e PS pump

Is there any reason why a e28 528e PS pump wouldnt work for an e30

It is in fact the same engine as the 325e.

I concur Scott, you may also be in agreeance that the M20B27 is a mother ****ing boat anchor.

But the pump should fit. Only one way to find out though.

Actually, ****, I'm an idiot. I think you need to take the bolts out and rotate the pump a bit(something was different with the mounting bracket), I remember doing that to one pump I found once while trying to diagnose a power steering problem with my car. I think it will fit afterall. My bad guys. :(

I ended up picking it up so hopefully it will work. Either way ill update you guys on exactly how it went. Thanks

Yeah, Sam, the b27 is a boat anchor. Sounds mean as hell with a remus exhaust on it though. If you leave the valves out of adjustment, they spit fire quite nicely, and crackles when you lay off the throttle at high revs.*rockout*
