Hello E30 forum *wave*

Just joined the e30 world recently...actually not just the e30 but the BMW universe!

Is it true what I heard? I heard that maxbimmer is the center of the Bimmer universe? I hope so because I have a lot of questions and surely a lot to learn.

Ok, now to the weekend toy I recently picked up off Kijiji. Its a completely redone 88 325i. Blue, Kit, 17's, and a whole bunch of other things. Just minor problems here and there but besides that its been pretty fun to work on and cruise in. Probably going to make some more changes but not anytime in the near future.

I love to hear some opinions and yes some criticisms. Maybe you seen, met or know the previous owner and the history of the vehicle..if so....I'd like to know that info myself (always good to find out as much as I can).

Here is a couple pics.

Ok fire away! and thanks.

I wanted to come along for the cruise, but since I slammed her I need to correct the wheels negative camber. Does anyone know the least expensive method of doing this? The 500km cruise would have taken a toll on the new tires. Hopefully the next cruise won't be too far away.

Yah, I want to change the wheels myself. Not only do the BBS look stock, but they look amazing...its just too bad a new set brand new cost almost as much as what I payed for the whole car!

nah, e30tech is more continental. There are a lot of guys that spend all day long on there and can answer questions right away. Not that max isnt great for that too, but some the the tech guys just seem to have more time on their hands...

Car looks to have some potential.

If it were me, I would lower the front alot more, different rims and see if that front bumper can work with a new stance, if not go back to plastics.

best thing to do about the camber is get a good set of adjustable plates or just do what most of us do get the toe adjusted after dropping it and hit the road :)

Toe adjusted eh? I'm guessing the bentley or hayne's wouldn't have instructions on that.... How much work is required and how much would something like that set me back?

Ever since the drop....the ride has been pretty harsh...I'm guessing new suspension would be the answer but is this normal for a 20yr old car? I feel EVERYTHING! Regardless, got to bring the ride into RMP for valve adjustment and tire balancing...they are five minutes down the street from my store.
