like the god damn fuse box cover isn't even stained or cracked and the carpets dont even have any stains or anything this car looks like its maybe 3 years old no wear on the steerng wheel or anything no visable rust in the typical E30 spots (fenders, quaters, strut towers, trunk, license plate) i'm impressed..... i wish i was in BC

it is good to buy a car as a automatic and change it to manual your self
the cost for that is littel theys days, parts are cheap and you know that the engine is not as much beaten down as a manual one

most automatic versions see hardly the redline and been driven in the perfect rpm range most off the times

This is MINT and 1/2 half price. Keep an eye on a list how much work was done. Perfect 5Speed candidate!

1st car looks pretty clean and in good shape.

2nd one posted (from e30tech) is nowhere near what I would call "mint"...

the one i posted only has a 162,000Kilometers and not 116,000 MILES my winter beater has more miles than the 325i coupe and its an 2001 and is probably in better condition lol but then again it is a Pontiac lol

the steering wheel on the vert looks like someone cleaned it with 60 grit sand paper

The work that was done to that car is typical M20 stuff. The body is clean , it does have a few dings. IMO the price is fair. As much as that BC car is clean, I would not say it's worth 5K. Many on these forums tryed to sell their E30s for 5K and none succeeded. The economy has allowed us to have better car for the money. That is just the verdict. Why pay 5k for E30 when you can have OBD2 E36 with much better/powerful/advanced engine. Also lighter on your valet as well.

someone who is looking for an E30 is looking for a way different car then an E36, two totally different styles.

the vert would cost another grand to get to canada. And again metal bumper vs plastic, again two very different looks, I don't see how these can be compared at all.

APPLES AND ORANGES IN BOTH CASES!!!

Looks clean.
Best place to buy an old car in Canada is BC. *th-up*
