What kind of intake boot do i have?

I grabbed a replacement one, but it has 2 small intakes, and the one for the ICV is in a different place.

My current one is duct taped to shit so its hard to see, but it looks like it only has 1 connection (other than afm & tbd), which is on the left, to the ICV.

Anyone have a part number? I wanna let fil know what i need so i can exchange it.

check on this web site enter in what year and model you have then search for "boot" then there will be 2 diffrent ones one for standard tranny and one for auto choose acordingly and it also gives you the part number. hope that helps
