Hey guys does anyone know how to tighten the fan so it spins harder and faster than it is now? I was watching it and saw it wasn't turning as fast as before. It there something lose or do I have to replace the whole fan assembly...I can put my finger there and stop the fan so that isn't good. Thanks in advance.

Clutch might be fried.

Stick a news paper in it while its running, is it stops easily it's gone.
Caution: Don't be a retard and cut your fingers off while doing this.

Great thanks...I could put my finger in it and it will stop...I guess its better to just get a brand new one then... anywhere you suggest getting it? How much is a new one going to run me...? I am guessing its called fan clutch assembly?

Your fan clutch is gone/going....You dont need to replace the full fan, unless the blades are broken...
