bimmerjoe

no part time, and no need for apprentices.

01 330ci-- yes you were one of the first but we don't hire like that. a lot of you will be getting phone calls to come in for an interview. mostly people with some sort of dealership background.

i have had tremendous success with posting on maxbimmer. jeez Ive had more response from here as oppose to paying the 400 bucks to the local paper.

isn't Boss17 a real estate agent?

Boss17
03-19-2009, 07:48 PM
I used to be a real estate agent, but ppl don't buy homes anymore and it's way to costly to be in right now. Especially when you're 22 and nobody takes you seriously.

Thanks to Joe, lookin forward to the job and working at BMW.

I'm actually looking at houses right now, I actually talked to you a while back about your car when you had it up for sale, and about housing! You went to York I believe... That's a neat job, moving, detailing, cleaning, and organizing the lot, I did some of that last summer, good luck!

Boss17
03-19-2009, 08:02 PM
Oh yeah i remember talking to you. Honestly man, real estate was rough. I finally reached a point where I had to cut my losses. I mean I sold a couple homes but nothing substantial. Real estate is not the industry to be in right now trust me on that. As far as the job goes, it's a start and I'm looking forward to it.

Seriously, you've got to take care of that back lot- yes, that compacted mud pile back there with the massive potholes- I've been there before and brand new BMW's would have slid off the back edge- customers sometime venture back there and can see that. One time there was a friggin trade in (volvo) driven halfway out into the field...lodged in mud up to the front grill...some idiot obviously went over the edge and tried to drive it out the other way got even more stuck.

yes good ol back lot lol!! its a pain but we just built a parking lot across the street to replace the bacl lot so that it can be paved.

that idiot would be me!*wave* that car was so fuked up that reverse was forward gears and drive was forward gears. it was messed and just ended up out there with how many times we tried to reverse it!
