What do you guys think? Similar to the OG greats: the Hamann PG2s!

I'm liking it. Fat lip, simple 5 spoke design... has win written all over it IMO.

The wheels are actually silver, I should have desaturated the spokes a bit in the PShop...

Rim look good, love dish! But I think another colour other than silver would look really good aswell for the spokes.

I say no. Doesn't suit the look of your car. Plus PG2's don't have a deep dish like that for E46.

You know it's not spring yet right? It's going to snow some more!

Looks good, best wheels you've had so far.

you painted your mtech2 rear bumper diffuser exactly how i want to paint it!!
(i'm inspired by ///OSS on fanatics, and from this I take it you are too)

where did you get it done/how much did it cost to get that part painted like that? pm if you like

Great, now I have a link on a set of staggered 19" CH. SO MANY CHOICES! Arghhh

I'm not gonna go back to black. Maybe gunmetal, but at athis point I'd keep it silver. I like the clean look.

Yeah I said similar to PG2s, Julian. ;)

Sold them. As for the HM2s, I'm tempted! I just prefer the riveted look of these PG2 style ones. You know it's not spring yet right? It's going to snow some more!

LOL Yes trevor, I'm just getting anxious and preparing for the good weather :P. Funny how you said "so far" I've gone through four sets in the past few months. FML

Yup, OSS :) I had it done when I had my rear bumper and window tirm painted so it was a package deal. Any competent bodyshop should be able to do it for cheap. It's not a big job.

Here's a pic of the CH. This decision just got a whole lot tougher... The PG2 reps cost less than half the price of the CH setup!

I like the CH's better on your car... Those PG2's dont suit the car imho.

Ha, funny you should say that, I might need new rear tires mid summer season, and I was contemplating going to 265/275 in the rear on the 10" rim. I just LOVVE the meaty look. Right know I have 255' in the back and there is some strech. I will need to have my rear fenders worked on though.

After seeing that fashion thread, I think it's time for a nice Burberry purse.

I like the first ones, the PG2's. I know others say it doesn't suit it, but I truly think it does. It looks great.

The CH deal didn't work out as planned. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise as I'm about to snap up these iForged Swifts with tires for even less! Hopefully the shipping works out :D

http://img205.imageshack.us/img205/9039/img8388ve5.jpg

I'm going to be happier with these. After already having CH on my previous car I think I'd be bored with them and for some reason they are not aggressive enough on silver cars IMO. Whatever - change is good!

LOL I'm pretty sure I'm nowhere near as bad as some other members. Since October 2008, I have had MVRs, CSLs, DPEs, and now with some luck these iForged. Oh and I almost forgot Neil's Hamann HM2 replicas I have to pick up still.

The iForged Swifts look very nice. That gets my vote! What colour are the centers? They look black from the image but you said you were sick of the black center look? And if they are BLK centers DIBS for when you eventually sell them... I know you will *shiner*

Yup, the centers are black and with the offsets/width I'm sure they will fit E36s ;) You'll be the first to know when it comes time for these to go.

Agreed. They don't do it for me on silver E46 coupes, and it's not aggressive enough for the look I want with this car :D After having deep dish wheels, I'm addicted.

Yeah with some flares or an INSANE stretch! That offset would be murder to work with. No thanks!

Yeah unfortunately they are black :( I might just refinish them to gunmetal in the spring. On the plus side, these have a much nicer design than the 6 spoke DPEs I had. Can't go wrong with mesh! So it's not all THAT bad *shiner*
