I was so flabbergasted that I forgot I had the cell phone (camera) with me.
I also forgot to mention that the car was parked in the No Parking zone - might have even been a Fire Route...can't remember now.

Saw the same car in downtown in the summer, St. George Street/Bloor. 22" sticker, with 22" fugly rims...
