1993 BMW 325i
2.5 I6 5spd manual
Lagunengrun-metallic on black leather

Body--This car was winter stored until about 1998, and it was sprayed yearly after that. There are, however, a few minor rust spots, chiefly front passenger quarter, and the corners of the rockers behind the front wheels. The rest of the car is pretty clean and solid. Definitely better than the average E36 of this vintage. This car has never been in any serious accident, though there are a couple of minor incidents that I am aware of. The driver's door was replaced (pro paint & body work) due to a car rolling into it when parked on the street, and there is some existing minor damage to the grille and the front edge of the hood from some sort of parking lot incident. I'll take pictures of all these details.

Interior--Black power leather non-sport seats. Leather is generally in good shape, with the usual exception of the bolster on the driver's side, which is worn/torn. No floor mats. It has a Z3 short shifter in it. Factory tape deck works, but doesn't eject--I had to take it apart to rescue my favourite Bad Religion tape. A/C works great, but the compressor is a little noisy. Driver's power window goes down in ~1" increments only. I have traced the problem to the control module on the motor, but I haven't sourced a replacement (new=$$$).

Drivetrain--Zero issues, runs great. Synthetic since new, and doesn't burn a drop of oil. Clutch is actually original at 290k, and feels the same as it did at 100k (I know the previous owner and have driven this car in the past). Everyone with a high mileage car says 'highway miles', but in this case it is true--the previous owner spent a year or so driving all over North America in this car, and the fact that it is still running great on the original clutch is a testament to the quantity of highway miles this car has seen.

Suspension & steering--Feels tight, no clunks or rattles.

Brakes--Rears are relatively recent, needs fronts, which I’ll do.

Wheels/Tires—Worn summers on alloys probably won’t pass safety. Winter tires with decent tread mounted on steelies c/w bmw hubcaps are also included.

$3250 OBO as-is. I could be convinced to e-test and probably safety for the right price. Located in Hamilton.
