So what shops do you guys recommend to do a little rust repair? By rust repair i mean nothing major just a bit around the fender... surface no rotting.

I know there is autopia who sponsors max but who else do you guys recommend that does quality work?

Also assume they cut out and re welded a piece in... would that piece but galvanized like the rest of the metal around it (audi)?

Any body shop can perform such a fix.

Im looking for quality though, this car is a fine example and would hate for a non reputable/bad job to be done on it.

Any names? Places that are known to work on german/high end cars?

what car are you looking to fix ?
I deal with a shop that repairs track cars and they do really good work.

somewhere near islington. you can try giving them a call, but they wouldn't take me in till they're done moving.

and how are the sideskirts related to rust repair ?
answer they can cover rusted out rockers :-)
