E46 Used parts....

I just got my car, 2001 E46 4 door, black on tan.

So its not upgraded at all its bone stock. I want to bring up the look of the car to something abit more ..... eye catching.

For example I would love to get a set of rear tails lights like this...

and I have thought about getting a new front bumper.....anyways....... who do you guys recommend for used parts and so on to upgrade my ride? maxsponsors maybe?
any Ideas on what I could do to it?

its tough to get used aftermarket parts for e46s up here, so your pretty much forced to buy new. check out fanatics like dbworld4k posted, just keep in mind shipping+duties.
