This will also fit the E46 330 5spd cars right?

I believe it may (with a 31% reduction), but don't quote me on it.

Will it work on a 325?

Yes, you'll get a ~50% reduction on a 325 Getrag.

Hmm I just checked out understeer's products again. They obviously have separated the 325/328 for a reason. Probably too big of a shortening if I put this in or touches driveshaft or something?!?? Anyone know what problems we could run into?

It will be extremely short for you, I think that's the main reason. With shortness comes firmness, and some people may find it too firm. That said, it doesn't stop some from doing it anyway.

The hitting-the-driveshaft problem happens on 328/M3 too, you just have to bend the selector rod (which I'm including)
