tail light harness

Hey i'm new to this site i bought a 2001 540i . I'm having problems with my right brake light one of the wires in the harness is pinched so i'm trying to take my harness off but i jus cant get it to even wiggle a little bit , i was wondering if anyone knows how i can loosen that.

also i need to buy a new upper radiator arm, any suggestions where i can get that for a decent price.

Maybe because its too cold. try heating it up a bit with a hair dryer.
