Will that work on a 96 328i ?

I have no idea whether it would fit your car, but I can tell you that the front speakers are 6.5 inch, rears are 5.25 inch and the subwoofer fits where there should be a cd changer in the left back of the trunk.

Are yours the same size as mine? what size sub is it?

I have no idea what size your speakers are to begin with. The subwoofer is however an inch.

Here is what you are getting guys. One of the rear speakers has a slight dent in the cone from removal. Shouldn't affect performance, but can be sucked up with a strong suction.
