In need of help ...Peake tool Required

hey guys, awhile back clarence really helped me out with a peake tool and did a quick check on my car and it found errors. but now i have a abs light on, srs light on, and god knows whats wrong now. i went to the dealeship and to bimmex, they charge over 70 dollars just for diagnostics....is there any one available with a tool that can maybe help a fellow member out. i can pay you for your time if necessary.

i got a laptop with carsoft that can scan all that, but i can only scan cars upto 2004 or 2005 dont remeber nothing later.
