Source for rear 1/4 panel?

Well, after spending a lot of time looking closely at the body of the 325e, I've found that it's solid except for the right rr 1/4 panel, which has been heavily bondoed. (looks great, but I don't expect it to for more than a year. :) ).

Where's a good source for the 1/4 panel? I don't mind doing some cutting and welding, and I plan on keeping the car for a long time, so I'd like to fix it properly. I priced the 1/4 at the dealer: $414 shipped from Germany, which is actually not as bad as I feared. Is there a cheaper source?
Keep in mind this is for the "pre-facelift" era car.

carquest has some good stuff i bought some body panels and they are great

For that price for an OEM sheet metal piece, I'd go for that. A lot of aftermarket panels are not the best quality and fit for a rear 1/4 panel would be key.

I would also try getting cutting off a clean 1/4 panel of a parts car or junkyard car. It'll be OEM fit without the new price.

For that price just get the new OEM one! The time and effort to cut a 1/4 is not worth it...and you still wont be able to find a 100% rust free one, its just not worth taking the risk for the 100-200 bucks you MIGHT save!

OEM is not that far in price compared for old/used.
