Hey guys, I am thinking of buying a more recent 330ci. I would have to sell my e30 and put the money towards the 330ci. I have my eye on certain 330ci's right now, so if the price is right then I might let it go.

bmw 325i 1990:

Manual
Approx. 225 000kms
Sunroof

Hartge body kit
Spyn ZX rims
Brembo cross drilled brakes with pbr ceramic brake pads
Federal tires (1st summer being used)
Tinted Windows
Dropped 2.4 inches with apex springs and bilstein shocks
Yonaka motorsports racing seats
NRG steering wheel (practically the same color as the car
Clear red taillights
Angel eyes head lights

Wow... that's a heavy sticker price for a 1990 without anything major done to it?

asking price $8000

I might as well say it: you will never sell it at that price. Its extremely optimistic.

Car is too low to space it out. This car is mint, you have to see it in person. A factory e30 in this shape would go for 4-5 grand. There was a lot of money put into this car.

how much you think it costs to do an engine swap on that? the cost of an engine+installation?

Assuming you do most of the work yourself or getting a shop to do it?

I've never done it, but if i were to guess:
Assuming you do it <10K
If a shop does it for you >10K

DUDE, Way off!
Depending on the motor, it ranges from like 500$-3K. LAbour is usually a litt less, depending on the motor going in, So I would say 2K for a M3 swap. So for 5K he has an M3 inthat thing.

Yea i'd say around $5-6k for a swap, depending on how many new parts he wants to replace.

you could easily build an m50/52 turbo motor for way less than than an s50/52 would cost alone i can get an entire block and head machined and ready to build for under a grand by one of the best engine guys in Ontario, and swapping an engine isn't that hard
