I am pretty sure my car has some kinds of recall history since the production date was middle of 1999.
Do you think BMW Canada will still fix recall problem on my car?
I don't even know if there is one but just worth trying?

If there is any open campaigns on your vehicle, I dont see how they can deny you the repair. They are liable for your car to be suitable and road worthy (aside from your own personal wear/tear).

yeah they should but just double check...i know with vw after a certain time frame vw canada will just close whats referred to as the "campaign" because its had no activity and such...but id give it a shot if its just from 1999

If your vehicle has an outstanding "recall" (NTHSA) then they will repair it if is applicable to your model regardless of year.
Call a BMW dealer or BMW Canada customer service with your vin and they will run a query of any applicable recalls.
They will not cover service campaigns/bulletins has they are considered quality enhancements.
