i found some on youtube but they didnt give the specs on size wise. Espically since its gonna be custom. I think i like the sound, sounds very deep.

Agreed, though it might be one of the cheapest exhaust system for hp per $$ spent.. But for an m3 I'd be more worried with the sound as the magnaflow wll sound good for the first 20k after that the tone will change, get louder. Which I wasn't a big fan of on my vr6.
Do yourself a favour and get a remus..Imo is one of the best sounding exhausts you can buy..But they tend to be on the heavier side of things and are usually lower in the Hp department too.

BB TriFlow. Expensive, but worth it.

I've got a magnaflow on my e36 328, I've had it for about a year or so and I'm happy with the sound of it.

if you are looking for loud look into the UUC exhausts

clearly people dont know, most of the high hp bimmers all run magnaflow. dont get caught up with name brands people. magnaflow hasnt been in business for so long just because they are inexpensive.

does magnaflow make a dual in/dual out setup that'll work on the 36? I'm not running a y pipe.

well i heard some on youtube. And there really isnt any other exhaust that has that note. Deep and Throaty. Now Im gonna want to go custom, whats a good size. 2.5" all the way to catback the 3" tips???

If you're gonna go custom, go 3inch all the way back. Headers->Y pipe, either 3 or 3.5 all the way back (mabye put 1 highflo cat).

it will be dope. Infamou$ has a link on custom exhaust work, lot of his cars have had custom header back exhausts.
