Anyone know where this import registration office is? The guy that dropped the car off today said I have to take the papers to that office and said it was somewhere on The West Mall in Etobicoke

Your car is over 15yrs old, so it doesn't have to go through the registar of imported vehicles.

If you already paid duty/gst then all you have to do is get a safety and e-test and register it.
