I actually went down to the dealership and they called up the marketing and pre-own manager right away... I was just happened to be there to pick up my car from service..

that also happened once with a friend. BMW Sarnia mistyped their price on their website. Once my friend got there, they told em they had mistyped the price but still honored the price. This was the 2002 745i.

Nope! I don't remember the exact numbers but it was about 5-10k off the market price.

saaaaaaales tactic

thing is im not even sure wether it was 5-10k or more? or less? but everyone says the price that he paid was wayyyyyyyyyyy off the market price. So i don't think it was sales tactic.

There's a disclaimer on their site saying prices may change etc... Take'em to court, you don't stand a chance!

Most if not all sites have disclaimers on them protecting the merchant.
