Full Inbox - no messages however!?!

I keep getting emails that my inbox is full, and the people sending them to me say it won't go threw with their pm cause my inbox is full. However I have no messages in my inbox and the scale shows10% tops. Why is this?

have u got some messages in ur outbox or message tracking box?? don't know for sure but i think that counts too for storage space.

Hey Thanks. I didnt' think about that. I went ahead and deleated all that stuff aswell, so hopefully that takes care of the problem. *th-up*

ya i had the same problem, all outgoing msg's are stored in a seperate folder, those count as well

and i also found that u should change to "show messages from beginning" then even more of them show up
